If returning a garment you purchased online please send back to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Returns must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Any parcels sent after 7 days can not be refunded.
Key Black provide 100% refund on garments purchased online that do not work in your wardrobe, the refund will be processed once received back in store.
